The Nuestras Voces Programs is intended to empower Latino(a) students to learn about the legislative process and issues facing our communities today. Students will have the opportunity to travel to Springfield, IL to learn from advocacy groups, legislators and staff on issues such as economic development, equal rights, safe communities, education, health and the environment. Students will learn the importance of Nuestras Voces as a way to create advocacy and a plan of action for positive change in their community.
